Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for quality concerns and if an item is not what you expected. Please contact us no later than the day after delivery (our 1-day return window). Items are eligible even if the wrapping has been removed.

Returns are accepted in store at no charge, with no restocking fee. Please contact us to arrange your return.

Refunds

We process refunds on the day we handle your return. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
